Lunaire Labs LLC ("us," "we," or "our") operates the Arc: Flight Maps mobile application (the "App").

This Privacy Policy explains our approach to your privacy. In short: the App collects no personal data.

1. Information We Collect

None. Arc: Flight Maps does not collect, transmit, or share any personal information. We use no analytics, no advertising, and no third-party tracking technologies.

2. Data Stored on Your Device

Any flights you log and routes you create are stored only on your device using Apple's on-device storage. This information is never sent to us or to any server. Deleting the App permanently removes it.

3. No Account Required

The App works fully offline and requires no account, sign-in, or personal details.

4. Children's Privacy

The App is not directed to children under 13 and does not knowingly collect information from anyone.

5. Changes to This Policy

If this Privacy Policy changes, the updated version will be posted on this page with a new effective date.
