Arc: Flight Maps

By downloading or using Arc: Flight Maps (the "App"), provided by Lunaire Labs LLC ("us," "we," or "our"), you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

1. License

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the App for your own personal, non-commercial use. We retain all rights, title, and interest in the App.

2. Acceptable Use

You agree not to reverse-engineer, redistribute, or misuse the App, or use it in violation of any applicable law.

3. Informational Use Only

Airport and route information in the App is provided for general informational and visualization purposes only. It is not suitable for navigation or flight planning and should not be relied upon for those purposes.

4. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including accuracy, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Lunaire Labs LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App.

6. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
